We have 3 private office suites available within our building in Penrose,.
Each to be leased in their entirety, which range from 16.06m2 to 19.44m2.
They will suit creative companies with 1-4 office-based individuals.

Penrose train station is 5 minutes’ walk, and it is approximately 15 minutes’ drive to the city or to the airport.

Shared facilities include:

Private office suites include stylish black desks with wood trim, and black ergonomic chairs. Tenants are welcome to bring other furniture with prior approval.
