About the Space:
ImpactSpace is more than just an office space; it's a hub for innovation and collaboration. Our recently redesigned and fully refurbished office features modern air-conditioned interiors with ample natural light, creating an inspiring environment for your team to thrive. This is a shared office with two small purpose lead companies.

Discover the perfect office space for your team at ImpactSpace without the huge cost, outlay, distractions of a cowering space, or lengthy contracts that stifle your grow. We have space for one to two small teams or individuals of up to 12 to join us in our beautiful new offices.

Features Include:
- Dedicated pod of desks for your team
- Some spill over space available.
- Total of 251m2 office space and common areas (currently shared with ImpactLab Fundamentally).
- Spacious board or event room accommodating up to 20 people.
- Large meeting room for brainstorming and collaboration (included in rent and bookable)
- Three phone booths for private calls or focused work
- Multi-purpose wellness room for focus, relaxation or rejuvenation.
- Breakout sofas for informal meetings or downtime
- Kitchen breakout space with a bar leaner and coffee machine
- Access to secure facilities including showers, bike and scooter parking (coming mid-2024).

- We would prefer a small team to join and fill that space, but could also do single - multiple desks if you don't want the full pod.

Pricing:
We have pricing to suit the size of your team. Our fixed monthly price as advertised on Shared Space is for a pod of 6 desks with additional desk space available to expand. Get in touch with us to discuss our pricing and options available.
