Huia Room
A flexible mid-sized function room ideal for seminars, training sessions, or smaller corporate events.
Capacity: Up to 40 people in theatre-style, around 30 for banquet, and approximately 24 in U-shape or boardroom configurations.

Pukeko Room
Similar in size and layout to the Huia Room, this space is perfect for standalone meetings or can be combined with Huia for larger events.
Capacity: Up to 40 people in theatre-style, around 30 for banquet, and approximately 24 in U-shape or boardroom layouts.

Huia + Pukeko Combined
When combined, these two rooms create a larger, open-plan space suitable for conferences, product launches, or networking events.
Capacity: Up to 80 people in theatre-style, approximately 60 for banquet-style seating, and around 48 for U-shape or classroom setups.

Korimako
A smaller, more intimate meeting space ideal for board meetings, interviews, or private strategy sessions.
Capacity: Around 10–20 people, depending on the setup. Best suited to boardroom or casual lounge-style meetings.

Maakona Restaurant & Balcony
A multi-functional event space catering for up to 130 guests offering a unique dining experience where guests can savour locally inspired flavours while taking in breathtaking views of the Waikato River. Specialising in a diverse selection of tapas, the menu highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients that celebrate the best of regional cuisine and local producers.
