Huia Room
A versatile mid-sized space ideal for seminars, training days, and small corporate events.
Capacity: Up to 40 guests theatre-style, 30 banquet-style, or 24 in U-shape or boardroom setups.

Pukeko Room
Perfect for team meetings or presentations, this space mirrors the Huia Room in size and functionality. It can also be combined with Huia for a larger event footprint.
Capacity: Up to 40 guests theatre-style, 30 banquet-style, or 24 in U-shape or boardroom layouts.

Huia + Pukeko Combined
Create a spacious, open-plan venue by combining both rooms—perfect for conferences, product launches, or networking functions.
Capacity: Up to 80 guests theatre-style, 60 banquet-style, or 50 in classroom and cabaret configurations.

Korimako Room
Designed for smaller, more focused gatherings like board meetings, interviews, or private planning sessions.
Capacity: Ideal for 10–20 guests in a boardroom or casual lounge-style format.

Maakona Restaurant & Balcony
A multi-functional event space catering for up to 130 guests offering a unique dining experience where guests can savour locally inspired flavours while taking in breathtaking views of the Waikato River. Specialising in a diverse selection of tapas, the menu highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients that celebrate the best of regional cuisine and local producers.
