Meeting rooms for hire in a warm and welcoming setting within the Community of St Luke in Remuera - Newmarket.
Three large rooms suitable for training, workshops and seminars:
Courtyard Room, seating 50-60 people ($33 p/h)
Lounge Room, seating 50-60 people ($29 p/h)
Activities Room, seating 10-15 people ($25 p/h)
The Lounge and Activities Rooms can be opened up to form one larger room ($47 p/h)
Three air-conditioned consultation rooms suitable for smaller meetings, interviews and supervision:
Family Consultation Room, seating 8 people ($16 p/h)
Middle Consultation Room, seating 3 people ($14 p/h)
Right Consultation Room, seating 4 people ($15 p/h)
The church, seating 200-250 people, can be used as an auditorium for activities such as drama and movement classes, large gatherings with a speaker, or for concerts or recitals. The hire charge for the church is negotiable.
All rooms have access to a warm and comfortable Common Room, where groups and individuals can enjoy their tea, coffee and eat their food. The Common Room incorporates a fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, a varied assortment of crockery, glasses and cutlery, and a commercial-grade dishwasher.
The Common Room opens on to a sheltered courtyard garden with outdoor seating.
Room rates include access to wi-fi (plus internet data points in the 3 large meeting rooms), whiteboards, free on-site parking, toilets, kitchen and a comfortably furnished waiting area. The Lounge Room & Courtyard Room have installed AV equipmetn with ceiling mounted data projectors and drop down screens. There is also a portable data projector that can be moved into any room.
TV monitor and DVD player are available on request.
