Brick Barn of Grey Lynn - Meeting Space

The Brick Barn is Grey Lynn’s best-kept secret.

This special space boasts loads of character with its rustic feel, exposed beams, brickwork and ample natural light. This cosy 42m² venue provides a warm and intimate setting for any small meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, training seminars and workshops. Bonus! We also have a spacious courtyard for when you need fresh air during break times and a picnic table.

- Whiteboards and flip chart stand (optional use; if required - charges apply for flip chart paper if required, or you can bring your own).

- Grand council chairs + extra seating options
- Complimentary coffee, tea and water
Please note that catering needs to be arranged directly between yourself and your chosen caterer, or feel free to bring your own food. Plates and cutlery are available on site.

Enjoy the added convenience of free on-street parking close to the venue, making arrival hassle-free. For those travelling further, we are located close to the SH16 Motorway for a convenient commute. Alternatively, public transport is just a 10-minute walk away, offering a direct route to and from the city.

Hiring Fees:
Full Day: $600 + GST (8.30 am to 5 pm) Monday-Friday. For weekend hire, we will give you a quote depending on the agreed hours. Please note that a surcharge applies for weekend hire.

A cancellation fee of 10% applies if bookings are cancelled less than 7 days before the event date.
