We are always trying to improve the experience on Sharedspace, whether it be for people listing space, or searching for space. After gathering feedback, our development magicians have made some fantastic listing updates that improve the process of connecting people to the right space.

Space Hire Pricing Update 

Define your pricing options clearly.

We've added a pricing function to break down hire fees by hourly, half-day or full-day rates. Alternatively, you can set a minimum spend for your space, so that people know what to expect early on.

Space Suitability

Indicate the type of events your space is unsuitable for.

To reduce redundant enquiries, you can now include the type of events you don't allow in your space. This includes events like 18th or 21st birthdays, hen or stag parties and weddings. If you select any of these options, users will be notified in the pop-up enquiry form. 

Video & 360 Tours

Get Interactive with your space.

Simply login to your account, select edit listing, and click 'images & video' where you will see the option to upload a video or embed your 360 tour. 

Please note, this option is available for premium listings only.

New Tags For Your Space

Allow your space to stand out!

We've implemented fresh new tag options for your space. When listing, you can select the aspects which make your space stand out from the crowd, whether that be a great view, a quirky setting or a blank canvas ready to customise for any event.
