After 13 years honing my craft in cocktail bars across Dublin, Sydney, Melbourne, London, Wellington, and Auckland, I’ve made Auckland my home. I wanted to bring the high-end hospitality I’ve experienced to New Zealand, offering a mobile service to deliver that same top-tier experience.
