We also are the food creators for the Kiwi Rail Great Journeys first class lounge and on board cafe experiences on the Tranz Alpine and Coastal Pacific rail journeys as well as operating 4 cafes and restaurants across Canterbury and Selwyn.

Our menus are thoughtfully handcrafted using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, sourced locally from small businesses and farmers who share our passion for excellence. What sets us apart is our dedication to making everything in-house – from our freshly prepared salads and artisan breads to our signature dips, crackers, and famous salted caramel truffles. Even our desserts are made from scratch, and every canapé is carefully crafted by hand to ensure the perfect bite.

We can also help plan your event, have hire equipment and also provide the service staff if required, as a fully licensed caterer we are able to safely manage your alcohol requirements. We can do large events or small team meetings. We work with you to ensure it all comes together.
