VIDCOM WELLINGTON STUDIO

Located in Ngauranga Gorge, just outside of the CBD, this purpose-built 6m x 6m studio is ideal for livestreams, video shoots, webinars, virtual events, and content creation. With overhead lighting, the space is production-ready and highly adaptable.

The studio features a black or white backdrop wall, green screen, and a textured 3D tile wall that can also be used as a backdrop—perfect for your production needs. Presenter lighting (adjustable white) and full-colour lights (RGB) available allowing you to create dynamic, professional lighting setups tailored to your brand or production.

Multiple cameras and video recording options are available, including ISO recording for separate camera feeds. We also offer professional audio recording. A wide range of microphones are on hand—lapels, headsets, lecterns, and handhelds. With our warehouse onsite, we can quickly pull from a huge inventory of AV gear to suit your project’s specific needs. Autocue and foldback screens are also available to support polished, presenter-friendly productions.

The studio is fully equipped for virtual and hybrid events, with the ability to video conference through any platform including Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and livestream to platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, and Facebook. We also offer our own custom-branded platform, VidcomLive, for a seamless, professional viewer experience.

A separate control room allows producers and technicians to work comfortably without disrupting the shoot. Additional facilities include a green room for talent or guests, private boardroom, a kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee machine), and a bathroom.

Free off-street parking is available right beside the studio, making access and load-in seamless.
