I am closing my business to pursue painting. I plan to convert my awesome workspace into an artist workshop catering to my painting and sculpting needs.

I am currently seeking 3 other artists to share this space with me.

The space is truly great, with a cosy and positive vibe, making it perfect for various art forms such as painting, sculpting, molding, jewellery making, and more.

Location: in a small business complex in Newtown, Adelaide Road, just 10 minutes from Miramar, with easy parking available.

The renting will start in February, and I will update the pictures once the space is decluttered.
