Music School Room Wellington

Large upstairs room available for rent in our music school - it even comes with its own balcony! Currently set up for music teaching with a few chairs, music stands, white boards etc.

The music school currently operates out of two rooms in the building, mostly during after-school hours and on Saturdays, so it is relatively free during the day on weekdays and all day on Sundays. The building has bathroom and kitchen facilities, as well as a large waiting area and sunny outdoor patio. There is also a carpark included in the lease, which can be used by visitors.

It would be a great space for music teaching or music therapy, but could also be used for workshops or rehearsals etc. Get in touch to find out more!
