This is an Uniqe oportunity for a group of 3 to 4 creative people work together in a fully furnished reasonably priced work space with the option of living in.



Every room has a bed and shower and lots of space throughout to be creative, as well as space for a photography studio to do photoshoots and have a darkroom.



There is also a court yard in the back to realx in and there is a kitchen and a laundry with a washing mashine. We can also have an art studio in the reception area in the front of the building.



There are shops ,takeaways and several resturants in the area along with parking at the back of the shops.



The rent is $884 a week, to be shared.
