Large warehouse with bathrooms, private rooms, showers and bath, and a large bar with coffee machine, ice cream maker, fridge and kitchen. Typical pricing is by the hour/day/days or week. Rubbish and cleaning is priced in.

Common Questions:

1. We don't have chairs or tables but can source them via a partner at cost. We do have a fridge,sink and dishwasher.

2. Catering can be provided or you can bring your own caterers or own food.

3. For certain events we require security staff.

4. Events can be run any time.

5. One site visit inspection is free, any other setup hours or pack down hours need to be included in your request to price.

6. To expedite inquiries please email with the:

i) The date of event.
ii) The timing of the event (include setup hours and packing down hours).
iii) The type of event and number of guests.
iv) Any special requirements.

PRICING:

For parties (gatherings over 40 people) a minimum starting fee of 3k is charged, for events over 12h, the price is 4k+.

9pm - 9am = $400 per hour.
