We are a 240sqm character studio space based in the CBD available for events, brand launches, seminars, shoots etc.
On a normal working day, our studio is beautifully furnished. It serves as a lifestyle content studio for creators and business owners. Still, it can easily be removed and rented as a large and open-plan white canvas - perfect for your personalised furniture and branding. The space layout is very dynamic – we have large white walls on wheels or curtains that can section off specific areas if required.
To make life easy, we offer extra in-house features at additional cost, like:
- A surround sound system
- 1 x large TV screen on a stand
- Variety of large and small plants
- Glassware, serving plates and ice buckets
- Plinths

Our modern open plan kitchen is perfect for all your catering needs and comes with Nespresso machines, oven, hob, water tap, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge and a dishwasher. We have a bathroom and a shower inside the studio, with more bathrooms located on the first level.

The studio is easily accessible with loading bays right outside the building entrance as well as 1 x dedicated parking bay at the back of the premises which can be organised for further access and loading. *Kindly note that our space is located on the second floor with no elevator access.
