We have a 106 sqm studio space available for hire. The space is suitable for dance classes, yoga classes, workshops, castings & auditions, rehearsals!
Events or group workshops!

Facilities include:

- Stereo system and mixer (Plug and play device or bluetooth)
- 4 reserved car parks
- Toilet
- Studio is air-condition / heated
- Fridge facilities
- Kitchen changing room

Available casually by the hour. Full or half day rates and a contracted regular spot.

Outside of dedicated 4 car parks there is good parking on the road. Handy to Albany businesses and schools.

Rates start at $20 per hour when booked for consecutive hours (36 hrs monthly) within the same week or are negotiable based on the required hours.
