Multipurpose Space in Mt Wellington/Ellerslie

We are a creative team running a music & arts education centre. Four spaces within the centre are available for short- or long-term lease.

Studio 1 has ample open space in the centre with mirrors and a photoshoot backdrop suitable for office, dance classes, workshops, modelling classes, photography and events for up to 50 people (cocktail style) and 25 people (classroom style).
Short or long-term leases available from $200+gst include water, power and internet.

Studio 2 is a spacious music room with a baby grand piano, cello and guitar. It's suitable for music recording, band rehearsal or private lessons.
Casual hire only. From $50/hour

Studio 3 is a meeting room with one long boardroom table, eight chairs and a whiteboard. Ideal for meetings/workshops/classes.
Short or long-term leases from $155+gst include water, power and internet.

Studio 4 is a quiet office with the best view and sunshine. The room is furnished with one round table and four chairs. It can also be used as a private or group piano classroom. We have five digital pianos available on request with POA.

We're a friendly team and happy to offer flexible options to suit your need. Our working hours are usually from 1-7 pm Monday -Friday and 9 am-2 pm Saturday.
