A large room previously used as a physiotherapy clinic is available ASAP in Ellerslie Village. This light and spacious clinic space is located inside a popular Reformer studio in the heart of Ellerslie village. Within the space area there is a Thai massage therapist, hairdresser, and acupuncturist.

Client referrals:
The busy Pilates studio and adjacent yoga studio can both provide referral sources for new clients, as can the local any-time fitness, F45, and 9Round boxing gym. Shannon who owns the Pilates studio allows access to the reformers for client rehabilitation when classes are not on.

Access and Security:
You will have full-time access to the room which has a shared bathroom and water fountain/sink with the Pilates studio. The premises is alarmed. Clients will walk through the Pilates studio to access the room located at the rear and can wait on a common bench

Client parking:
There is plenty of close on street parking available for clients up to 180minutes

Lease terms and rent:
The Lease renews annually with a two year right of renewal initially. You will be leasing directly off the Pilates studio director.
The current annual rent is $15,570 + GST - monthly rent $1,297 + GST.
