SALA is a boutique gym located in the heart of Ponsonby in a refurbished factory, the perfect home for the gym that combines fitness and style.

SALA is available for half and full day hire with pricing from $150 per hour.

The Eclipse Room is light and airy with concrete floors, interesting detailed ceilings and large windows which are amplified by the stylish details of black track lighting, built-in shelving units, and a spectacular circular light feature.

The Sunset Room takes inspiration from the main space’s recognisable Eclipse, but this time the sun lights a darkened room. Blackened mirrors reflect a duotone image of yourself and others, offering a calming, non-confrontational feeling to encourage far more freedom of movement.

The studio space itself is 80sqm with additional reception space and men and women's changing rooms equipped with lockers, five showers and GHD hair dryers.
