We are looking for a new subtenant to join us in our zero waste and social enterprise hub!

Our shared warehouse and office space on Cairns St in Rongotai (near WLG airport) currently houses Kaicycle, Nonstop Solutions, YumJar, Organic Waste Management, and Vonuts. Kaicycle are moving out and looking for a replacement tenant.

We have from 45m2 to 60m2 of high-stud warehouse space and an open plan office (4 desks) available immediately. Ideally the warehouse and office will be subleased together, but this is negotiable.

- Forklift access to the warehouse space is possible via the front roller door
- Optional 4 desk spaces/storage in the open office on the mezzanine
