About us...
We live in the front part of our 8ha block in Ashburton. We’d like to connect with great people who require a piece of land for their own project/stuff/needs. Together we will form a unique partnership. We could be very flexible with the right people and ideas. From growing delicious food to creating amazing things on the land applying your own talent, or you simply want a place to store/park some stuff... or whatever you can think of.

About the land…
Peaceful and away from the road 7ha block of land (400m access driveway), about 50% surrounded by mature pine trees. Located on one of the best parts of Allenton (Ashburton) on the town boundary, only 2 mins from main amenities.

Flat parcels for you to use can range from 1000 sq meters (1/4 acre) to the whole area 7ha (17.5 acres), and anything in between.

Sections could be fenced according to your requirements.

Irrigation water is accessible, depending on your project and availability.

There is no shelter at the moment but we/you can organize something according to your needs.

We/you can sort out storage containers to sit on the land if required.

Water from a well is available.

Power could be connected depending on usage and distance from the transformer.

Half of the land has old grass on it and the other half has a 7 years old Lucerne.

Wi-fi could be available.
