WAREHOUSE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR LEASE

Located in a high desirable area in Highbrook, we have a large warehouse with room available so you can store your palletised stock allowing you to store overflow or all your stock due to wanting to downsize and reduce your overheads.
We have a forklift and operator onsite to be able to handle stock when required for dispatch.
Opportunities to discuss also having your international containers land and be devanned by our approved MPI AP’s as we are an approved Transitional Facility.

Space is available immediately and at extremely competitive rates. No OPEX (operating expenditure) charged however please note insurance on goods stored in the warehouse is not covered (this would be a requirement for the owner of the goods to hold this insurance).
Site will be accessible for collection or drop off during business hours only.
Open to short- or long-term commitments.
