At The Depot we provide small workshops & warehouses, with outgoings included within the rent.

This is a new stylish building, and each unit has a remote controlled roller door, it's own bathroom + kitchenette, with power (3-phase availabe) and fibre connectivity.

Security is taken care of with site-wide flood-lighting after-hours, and CCTV cameras operating throughout.

No lease is required here, it's just 90-days notice to vacate - nice and easy!
