Single garage space

Single garage available to store car, small boat or tools or furniture in. Concrete floor, Dry. Long term or short term storage. The garage locks, you can have own access. I live above the garage, and I dont have much to put in it, so thought it could be utilised by someone else !
I have a a few garage items which I store in the garage too, but it is all up away from the floor area advertised. I really only go in to get my lawn mover once a month!
Smoke free, pet free tidy environment
