I am seeking a like-minded studiomate for our bright and spacious Newtown Art Studio.



The main creative space offered: 4.3m by 5.7m- which has a built in Infinity Cove

A great space for photography/video shoots/video projections – or this could be a gallery type space

for creatives wanting to create, promote, present there work in a ground floor space close to town

Suited to creatives:: artists or designers/ digital media- video/VJs

Any creative tech startups, illustrators, photographers, video editors or sound engineers,

or even coders who want a cave to code from



rent is between $100-150 depending on space required

power/internet expenses to be split
