Our newly renovated 1960's Bach sits in a stunning beach front location. Pohutakawa trees frame the boat ramp directly outside the house.
this is a private bay with only 10 other houses and has private access, for residents only.

The back of the house has a good size lawn area and a large deck with a pizza oven.
This would be a great location for an advertisement shoot, or a fishing show that wants to moore the boat directly out the front and cook the catch in the pizza oven, or on the BBQ.

We have hosted an amazing wedding here with fairy lights and lanterns out the front and a festival marquee on the front lawn, so this could also be an ideal location for filming outdoor wedding scenes.
