Our Grey Lynn Villa has a number of great spots to create inspiring images.  With a large modern living area there is also plenty of room to create a iconic advertisement, which is supported by easy access. 

Internally it is the perfect backdrop with white walls and wallpaper features in bedrooms. Our villa feature 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Living Spaces.  One of the key highlights is the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which flows seamlessly into an outdoor lounge with lourves or alternatively sink your toes into the grassy lawn.  The garden is fully developed with lush greenery.
