Multidisciplinary space with 4 studios

SALA is a multidisciplinary movement studio, available for half and full day shoots.

A designed focused entrance from street level, concept store, space with long tables which seats 20 with small kitchenette, changing/ showering facilities and three movement studios.

Sala comes equipped with everything necessary for a sports shoot; mirrored walls, yoga mats, kettlebells, etc. Two open plan studios are available for hire - the Sunset room and the Eclipse room. One reformer space.

The Sunset Room contains a sun light feature in a darkened room. Blackened mirrors reflect a duotone image of yourself and others, offering a calming, non-confrontational feeling to encourage far more freedom of movement.

A second studio is a warm beige with cork flooring and Angus Muir light feature. The room is 100sqm.

The space has additional reception space, tabled room and men and women's changing rooms equipped with lockers, five showers and GHD hair dryers.
