Florist looking to share retail and/or studio space

Ideally looking for a retail business to lease the shop front while I work from the studio. Alternatively someone who requires workshop/office space and I could move to the front retail space. Lovely atmosphere with lots of light, desk and furniture available. Good location on 93 Aro st. Pictured is the retail space, there is a studio about the same size and two further rooms out the back. I only need about a third.
