Popology - Christchurch Pop Up Space

Popology is upstairs in the Arts Centre, adjacent to our Shopology shop. 



25 square metres of prime retail space is leased weekly and can be all yours to trial your business in retail, exhibit your clever creations, workshops or share for your school!  



LEASE INFO:

► 1 week : $375 + gst

► 2 weeks: $750 + gst

► 3 weeks: $1125 + gst

► 4 weeks: $1500 + gst





- OPEX costs of electricity, unlimited broadband Wifi, lighting and heating are all included. 

- Booking is based on availability;

- Fit-out must not involve drilling holes in the walls, floor or ceiling; Ceiling batons and picture rails are in place for ease of display;

- Tenant is responsible for display, Point of Sale system, and staffing;

- Trading hours are 10am-5pm, every day. Set up must occur before Monday midday and pack out by 5.00pm Sunday.

- Popology has a shared walkway accessing other shops which must be left clear.

- Acceptance of application is at the discretion of Popology owners.
