Affordable Gallery/Event space for hire

In the heart of the creative K-Road area, I have an affordable and generous Gallery/Event space available for hire in a converted warehouse, which also accommodates 4 studio rooms. 



The gallery space is approximately 80 square meters with timber floors, white painted brick walls and south facing windows on to cross street. The gallery has good lighting and good security. The gallery and event space is well maintained, clean and tidy. I am flexible as to how the space may be used; it is often booked for group and solo exhibitions, on occasion it is booked for music events and creative gatherings.

The gallery and event space is for hire at different rates dependent on the activity. You could rent the gallery for a week or have a one-off special event.   The available facilities are: kitchen, large lounge area, bathroom and one toilet and shower. There is a phone line and wireless internet throughout the building, which is available in case you want to set up an account. 



The Gallery/Event space is very centrally located, in CBD, just off K-Road.  There is one barista coffee bar (Little B) and coffee roaster (Miller’s) down the road, as well as plenty of other cafes and eateries at K-Road. Cross Street is a business growth area, providing affordable space for creative individuals or small businesses. There is plenty on-street car parking, or park at the K-Road car park building opposite the studios.
