CBD Shared Creative Space + Recording Studio

Our awesome studio is a huge CBD warehouse that has been converted into a recording studio, and living areas that is separated by a huge open work space.



Super location, 5 mins walk from K rd, 1 min walk from Symonds St.



The recording studio consists of an iso booth with superb noise cancellation that can be patched to and from anywhere in the studio via XLR. A selection of digital and analog interfaces (2CH - 32CH) available for use and lots of other gear and instruments (amps, kits, mics etc)



The open work space has a pretty sick theatre area with an Apple TV, PS4, HD projector, and a 5.1 surround system. Enjoy unlimited hours of American Netflix, sports and games like a king.



The large space and high walls have been used for a variety of industries from video editing, photography and web developers. We are open to all creative people who can benefit from what we have to offer.



We also have the cutest dog in the world, Pudge the pug that lives with us in the studio. She is such a friendly dog that thinks she is a human that really likes dogs.



Super fast Internet connection over WIFI or Cable throughout the unit. (Unlimited Business Fiber).



The studio offers a nice balance of work and chill. The vibe really makes you not want to leave the studio once you're inside.
