Excellent natural light. The studio is warm in winter and cool in summer with good insulation, heating and cooling options.  Windows are north and west facing  on the second level of the building.



24 hours/7 days access.  



Free car parks available - reserved solely for studio users.



Included in the rental are:  Power, water etc. Access to a small kitchen area, easy access to  bathroom area supplied with hand soap etc.

High exposure signage possibliities on Mt Eden Road with individual promotion options.  



Wifi option available



Spaces can be shared, circumstances subject to approval
