Our shared warehouse and office space on Cairns St in Rongotai (near WLG airport) currently houses Kaicycle, Nonstop Solutions, YumJar, Organic Waste Management, and Vonuts. Kaicycle are moving out and looking for a replacement tenant.

The open plan office on the mezzanine floor is available for lease. The office looks out onto the airport runway and has views of Miramar. It includes up to 4 desks, chairs and monitors as well as a heatpump, printer and projector. The shared kitchen, break room and bathroom are on the same floor, with a toilet and shower downstairs. There is also warehouse space available which is featured on a separate advert (search bit.ly/rongotai-warehouse).
