We have some desks availability for rent that would suit a small team from one organisation, or individuals.

About the space:
- Great central location at 26 Egmont St.
- Accessibility: office space is only accessible by stairs.
- Excellent coffee options literally on our doorstep.
- Close to great cafes, bars and restaurants (Customs, Swimsuit, Sixes and Sevens, Romeos, Leeds St Bakery and Bicycle Junction to name a few).
- Large bookable meeting room with whiteboards and conferencing set-up, good for mid-sized workshops.
- Locker bank to store your stuff for our clean desk policy.
- Heat pump, automatic skylights and blinds.
- Option to use standing desks (two available).
- Shared kitchen facilities with dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc.
- Sharing the space with the Wellington-based Ākina team.
- Kawhe and tī provided in line with Ākina’s Social procurement policy (we always consider social procurement options and procure from social enterprises and impact enterprises where possible.)
- Nearby gyms for a lunchtime session, and a shower on site.
- We play music in the office.
- Gender neutral bathrooms.
- Garage storage for your bike.

Pricing
We have five desks available:
- Permanent desk: $450 +GST per month (note, we would be limited in desk space for this option as of March 1 2023)
- 4 day hot desk: $325+GST per month
- 2-3 day hot desk: $250 +GST per month
Pricing negotiable for a single organisation taking multiple desks.
