Tranquil, Spacious Sublet in Town Center

This beautiful, therapeutic space is available for sublet arrangement, ideally with another psychologist or counsellor. Desk work is also a possibility. It is a private, quiet, corner office, with high ceilings, ample natural lighting, and a fountain. It is large enough to accommodate groups, but excellent for individual therapy as well. The historical building is well-maintained and beautifully decorated. There is an elevator, and there are private as well as public toilets in the building - all regularly cleaned. The office also has a small kitchenette area with a microwave, utensils, mugs, glasses, and basic refreshments. Free high-speed Wifi may be available upon negotiation. Hours and fee will be determined by negotiation; however, please note the office is UNavailable between 10am and 3pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
