Private office space available for lease within The Co-Working Collective for a small business. The space current fits 6 desks with chairs and could accommodate a number of people or a large solo desk with a lounge area for talking with clients. Space is 19.7m2.

Other facilities include a bathroom and kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and WildSide coffee pods and a selection of T2 teas. There are 8 onsite carparks and Cravings Café right next door! The space also provides a large, light-filled and versatile space that can accommodate meetings, a children’s playroom or a workshop space (fits 30 pax seated). Lease also provides access to a small 10m2 shared storeroom.

The monthly rental is $950 + GST per month plus utilities (fibre internet, power, gas hot water and alarm monitoring).

Office desks and chairs can be provided upon request.

We are a collective of women-owned business including an accountant, a psychologist and a medical breastfeeding consultant. All are friendly, tidy and supportive.
