Joll Commons is a vibrant and contemporary co-working space located in Havelock North. Designed to feel less like a traditional office, and more like a home-office, JC is a light and airy space intended to promote collaboration and connection for its tenants.

There are up to 12 spaces available in a light and airy open-plan space, perfect for freelancers, contractors, or visitors to Havelock North. Joll Commons offers by-the-day flexi-desks as well as private offices, with both casual or more permanent options available in the open plan area.

For those who need privacy for phone calls or Zoom meetings, we have 2 x soundproof phone booths to use.

Within the Joll Commons space, you will have access to the communal kitchen and lounge areas, and the printing facilities.

Nearby in the Havelock North Village are multiple cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars. Many of these offer takeaway options for coffee and snacks - and are also able to cater for meetings - please enquire for more information.
