Exciting Opportunity: Holistic Health Practitioner or Massage therapist Wanted to Share Beautiful Offices in Freeman's Bay / Three Lamps!

Join our established Chiropractic & Functional Health office with 2 furnished treatment or consult rooms, reception area, kitchen and bathroom. Located at the border of Freeman's Bay and Three Lamps, this opportunity offers an ideal setting for practitioners seeking a complementary holistic health environment.

Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a holistic health practitioner such as a massage therapist, counsellor, life coach, NET or EFT practitioner, acupuncturist or even another chiropractor to work from our established practice out of one of the treatment/consult rooms. This collaboration offers the potential for a steady stream of referrals from our loyal client base built over 10 years.

What's Included:
Rent is flexible and dependent on hours & facilities used, starting at around $70+ GST per 7 hour shift to $400 +GST per week for one room or $500 + GST for the whole office part-time.

This covers power, water, access to furnishings, high-speed internet and regular cleaning.

An electric height adjustable chiropractic table is currently in the consult room available for full-time use and could be included or removed from the space depending on the practitioner's needs.

A preference would be for someone wanting a long-term weekly lease, but all options will be considered.

Signage opportunities are also possible to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Free Parking Available:
Two carparks are available on site - one directly in front of the building and another at the rear (marked client parking only). Free parking is also available in a carpark at the end of Margaret St or reasonably priced paid metered parking is on the street.

Available Hours for sole use: (no other practitioners in the office)
Mondays and Wednesday - 7am to 2pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - 2pm - 9pm
Saturdays and Sundays - All day

Shared use times (Chiropractor in the office):
Mondays and Wednesdays - 2pm to 9pm
Tuesdays and Fridays - 7am to 2pm
Thursday mornings occasionally.
