These rooms have been used by medical professionals, mostly midwives for over 20 years. At present the availability is great - see below for more details;

1 room on a Tuesday
2 rooms on a Friday

5 Carpark spaces available for clients and 5 available for staff. Right next to Waitakere Hospital back entrance on Woodford Ave Henderson with Labtests just across the road. Scanning companies at close proximity.

The current rent asking is $95.65 excl GST per day at present. All rooms are furnished and each room has a hand basin. The whole clinic is furnished. Should someone want their own furniture this can be negotiated.

We are ideally looking for other medical professionals or even in the beauty industry.
