THE LOCATION:
Our office is a 5-minute walk to Ponsonby and Karangahape Roads, and mere moments from the north-western motorway. In the kitchen, large bifold windows give extensive views across to Mount Eden and streetside, you can see all the way to the Sky Tower.

THE BUILDING:
Designed by the team at Creative Arch, the building sits between two pre-cast concrete panels with a full height glass façade that draws in constant natural light. Inside, the exposed steel structure celebrates industrial-style, modern design, softened by laminated timber.

The first floor seats our 16-strong architectural members in an open floor plan, as well as your private space, a meeting room and reception. Upstairs are bathrooms, a full-size boardroom and a large kitchen space with recreation space for the team.

Our entry and reception area are client-ready at all times, and meeting rooms can be closed off for privacy and soundproofing.

Two carpark spaces are available, at a cost of $50 + GST per week and weekly cleaning is included.

YOUR SPACE:
Your space has long desks running down both sides, with room for four - five people comfortably. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and there is plenty of storage space, with easy access to reception and the meeting rooms.

OUR TEAM:
We are a hard-working bunch of architectural designers, often quietly focussed on our work during the day. But we love to get together as a team, for shared lunches or a game of table tennis.
