Own bathroom + separate guest toilet. Security door from street with intercom. Sunny, warm and sheltered from most winds, with roof louvre system on balcony for shade/rain shelter when needed.
Are you looking for a centrally located work-from-home option with plenty of space, for less than the average cost of a one-bedroom apartment that isn’t big enough to swing a cat in? (That said, sorry, no pets.)

It is proving harder than I thought to inject personality into a flatmate-wanted ad. Rumour has it I do have one/some, despite this sounding like a spare parts inventory. Ideal flatmate (like me): is socially interactive at home but has a life outside of it; enjoys a cheeky glass or two but isn’t a boozer; a people person but also enjoys (loves/needs) quiet/alone time; keen on the odd Netflix movie, but not a couch-surfing TV potato (please don’t apply if this is you). Ideally likes my music (sort of haha).
Ideal flatmate: Self-sufficient, reliable, drama free, tidy and clean. Mature outlook, flexible, considerate, independent, respectful, social. Pays rent on time. Likes to laugh. 35+.
One current flatmate: Independent, sociable, energetic, music-loving, mature (young at heart) professional female.
