Parnell office/consulting/clinic room(s)

These offices would be suitable for health providers, creatives, post graduate students, small business owners and sole traders, or those who need a productive space away from home. The space has four offices, two of which are occupied by clinical psychologists running a small practice.

Our offices are on the second level and set back from the road. The space is very quiet, and all offices enjoy natural light and greenery. Both rooms have beautiful sash windows providing good ventilation. Right now the rooms are furnished with a desk, pot plant and sofas/armchairs. We may be able to accommodate alternative arrangement for those wanting the space on a full time basis/longer term arrangement.

We have a spacious shared wait space, a filing/printing room, private bathroom, and a large kitchen with storage space for personal items. The wait space has heat pump which serves the whole office. We do not have an onsite receptionist.
