Office/desk space in loft-style shared office

We currently have a small lockable office space within our co-working space for 1-3 people. Our office space is in a recently refurbished building in lower (60) Cuba St. Have a flick through the photos to see more.

Other facilities include a kitchen with commercial coffee machine (we have Supreme coffee beans), lounge area, bookable meeting rooms, bathroom with shower, an outdoor patio/deck area, elevator and stair access. The office is wheelchair accessible and dog-friendly too.

The monthly rental ($1,000 for the small office) excludes consumables & utilities (an additional $140+GST per person per calendar month).

We also have single desks available for 1-3 people in our larger shared office space. Please see photos. The cost for a single desk is $500/month +GST. The monthly rental excludes consumables & utilities (an additional $140+GST per person per calendar month). Hot desks are also available at a daily rate of $45+GST, all inclusive.

We are a creative studio working in promotional campaigns, video production, art installations, public activations and digital products. We co-share our space with other creative companies including animators, illustrators, & graphic designers, along with a digital media company.

Whether you need a temporary space or a more permanent set up, we're open to short or long-term rental options & can discuss the lease arrangement that suits your requirements.
