Nestled right beside Fidel’s café and set back from the road is Bottom Floor, 230 Cuba St.



Concrete Structure Investigations has a fluid team of their own who occupy 6-7 of the desks, but we have 3 that are available.  There is a small kitchenette and a toilet in terms of amenities.



The space has a recent fit out and a nice feel - the desk spaces and immediate surrounds are carpeted and we do have a Zoom Room for Conference Calls.  It is open plan at this stage (with plans to enclose the Zoom Room in the next few months) .



No parking is available unfortunately.



Photocopying will be charged at the end of each month and you would have a code for your copying and scanning needs.



Negotiable rental is the rate pp.  A bond of 3 weeks would be collected at the start of the tenancy pp.
