We have two offices split over two levels both with large rooms available for lease.



Rooms are currently used as our treatment rooms for health care and pain relief treatment. They will suit either a complementary health practitioner or a business professional needing quality office space with all the benefits. Rooms can be modified to suit a range of uses if you aren't a hands-on therapist for example. 

 

Rent: $75 + GST per day



Rent includes power, lighting, air conditioning, high-speed fibre internet connection and use of the waiting room amenities, kitchen and bathrooms.

Office One (Level 1)

1 x Large room + 2 x Small rooms and seating area. Available part time or full time.



Office Two (Level 3)

2 x Large rooms + 1 x small room and reception area. Currently available Afternoons/ evenings and weekends.



We are looking at moving premises in the coming months which means we will eventually be looking at someone taking over the lease for both offices permanently, if you would be interested in this also please get in touch.
