Due to a change in personal circumstances we are having to pass the lease on for our small but wonderful central city office in Pencarrow House. The office is located on the waterfront across from Frank Kitts Park and is part of a nine-room office space. The office space has just been newly painted and carpeted and looks fantastic. The room has a surprising amount of storage space and we are also very open to leaving the office fully furnished (two arm chairs, a couch, a new desk, stool, coffee table and bookcase). At the moment we have a subtenant in for one day a week, who is happy to stay if you would like them to. The lease is $585 a month (excl. GST) + operating expenses. All up including the lease, operating costs and GST the costs work out around just over $55 per working day of the year.
