Treatment/health professional space Lyall Bay

CrossFit FRF is an established but growing CrossFit box in Lyall Bay. Our diverse member base is made up of people looking to improve their health and lifestyle. We have a large open space which offers a very relaxed, friendly environment.



Inside our gym space we have treatment / therapy space that is vacant, We have used this for massage therapy in the past but may also be suitable for Chiropractor, physio, osteopath, nutritionist or other health practitioner interested in running their business out of a gym.



In addition to the room there is a small reception area, male and female bathrooms & showers and a small waiting area.
