Featuring a large open space with plenty of natural light, our communications agency are currently the sole occupants of our Floor 1 space. We are a tight-knit, sociable, and hard-working bunch hoping to share this space with like-minded people!

Dogs are welcome – suggested in fact! With Glover Park as our front-yard, its not only a nice view out the window, but also an office-dog owner’s dream.

It’s only polite that we issue you a fair warning – lunch breaks and Friday knockoffs can be dangerous in this area! Rogue and Vagabond is directly opposite our front door, and we are spoilt for choice by the wide range of surrounding cafes/restaurants/bars.

However, if you're a coffee lover, you'll find yourself right at home with our top of the range Bezzera Espresso Machine and team of budding baristas. It’s the best non-commercial coffee machine on the market, and we made the investment because we love a good cup of coffee that much!

Suitable for solo operators, and teams of up to 6 people. BYO desks!
