Flexlease workspace is a new concept in office leasing providing all the flexibility of shared office space but the security of your own dedicated office space.
Two separate tenancies fully fitted out with workstations – all with dual monitors,
interactive whiteboards to create meaningful ‘work together’ experiences for your
teams wherever they are. Plus a common meeting room and shared access to kitchen and
common areas.

Unlike a traditional lease, securing and letting go of space is easy - commit for 3 months or up to 12 months - the choice is yours. (Longer terms on application)
Every Flexlease is established with a simple all-inclusive contract with a gross rent that includes outgoings, electricity, internet, furniture, printer and even an expresso machine!
